Terms of Service

This page provides a Terms of Service summary for sellers domiciled in Japan. The full Japanese text is available at /jp/legal/terms.

Sellers contracting in English: the binding terms are the Photocard Seller Agreement (PSA) you sign at application time and the Purchase Confirmation (PC) you receive after inspection. Both are sent to you as PDFs and remain the authoritative record.

Key policies (English summary, non-binding):

• C2B buyback service — sellers ship cards to our Seoul inspection center.
• Eligible groups: Stray Kids, BTS, ATEEZ, ENHYPEN, aespa, IVE. 100-card minimum, Average condition or above.
• Per-card unit prices are not individually disclosed; the Purchase Confirmation shows accepted quantity and total USD amount.
• Offer validity: 5 days from PC issuance.
• Payment: SWIFT in USD within 7 business days of PC acceptance. Buyer bears outbound and intermediary bank fees; receiving bank fees, if any, are the seller's responsibility.
• Counterfeit cards are destroyed; out-of-scope authentic cards are destroyed by default unless the seller opts for return shipping (at seller's expense) within 5 business days of inspection.
• Outbound and return shipping are at the seller's expense.
• Governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without excluding mandatory consumer-protection rules of the seller's home jurisdiction.
